1st Line Support Engineer – Bristol (Hybrid)
£24,000 – £28,000 + Benefits
This is a hands-on technical support role with a well-established Microsoft Solutions Partner. As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you’ll be the first point of contact for user issues, providing desktop, application, and basic network support. You’ll resolve incidents via phone, email, remote tools, and in person, escalating more complex issues as needed. What we’re looking for:
- 1+ year of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role (ideally MSP)
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and IT security tools
