Quantity Surveyor - #1701228

MadiganGill are currently recruiting for Quantity Surveyors in Bristol for ongoing work starting ASAP.

Our client is looking for Quantity Surveyors of all experience levels and as such the pay Rate is dependant upon experience as the client is looking for Assistant QS's as well experienced and even Senior Quantity Surveyors.

(Payment options are CIS or Limited Company outside of IR35.)

Successful Applicants will be invited for an interview with the client and more than one vacancy is available.

Expected duties will consist of the below:-

• Liaising with the client to identify their needs.


• Preparing tender and contract documents.


• Ensuring projects meet legal and quality standards.


• Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour and helping site to stay within their budgets.


• Submitting regular budget reports.
