Job Description



My Client is looking for a Site Lead Scheduler.


The Site lead scheduler will work in strong collaboration with the Client Site Time Schedule Team. Furthermore, strong interfaces are identified with the installation team, the project management department and customer and contractor’s schedulers. 


You will be responsible for:


- Detail and implement installation sequences into the schedule, with the support of site’s installation team,


- Managing schedule interface between “Installation Scope” and other client scopes,


- Ensure exhaustiveness of schedule and it suitability regarding project management expectations,


- Weekly updates of the schedule, in consistency with physical progress and client’s procedures,


- Organize follow up meetings and reports and produce associated reports and KPI’s,


- Attend schedule interfaces management meeting with the customer and other contractors,


- Anticipate and report to project management teams any issue or delay related to interfaces,


- Support Commercial and Contract Management team for instruction of contract variation process,


- Prepare relevant data (schedule extracts, KPI’s, slides…) for project’s governance routines.


You will be responsible for the following deliverables:


- Minutes of 2 Month Look Ahead,


- Level 4 schedule for Installation Scope (weekly release) / and associated macro schedule,


- Schedule Assumption Note (monthly release),


- Slides & KPI for project’s governance routines,


- Monthly analysis of schedule quality to ensure it compliance with the Client's rules and best practices,




Qualifications


- Good knowledge of Primavera P6 Software,



Additional Information




  • 18 month month contract

  • Hybrid 3 days onsite

  • Salary between £50,000 and £60,000 dependent upon experience
