Your Role:

As a Credit Controller, you will work closely with the Credit Control Manager to maximise cash collections and maintain the health of the company's ledger. You'll handle both due and overdue debts, building strong relationships with internal and external customers, and tackling challenging accounts head-on.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and reducing aged debt
• Escalating accounts when necessary
• Proactively resolving queries
• Preparing reports and participating in debt calls with internal stakeholders
• Processing credit card payments as required
