About The Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People Team, playing a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring great people to support our ongoing growth. You’ll lead recruitment campaigns across our clinical and non-clinical teams, helping us find the right talent to deliver life-changing services to our patients.

  • Write and post engaging job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Source candidates proactively using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Conduct telephone interviews, sometimes flexibly outside of core hours.
  • Coordinate assessments, interviews, and candidate communications.
  • Manage agency relationships to ensure a smooth process and great candidate experience.
  • Prepare candidates for interview and manage feedback, offers, and onboarding steps.
  • Support recruitment projects to improve processes and build future talent pipelines.
  • Report on recruitment activity and trends to support data-driven decision-making.
