In This Role You Will:

Deliver high-quality DT lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with scope for KS5 if desired

Foster creativity, resilience, and technical understanding through project-based learning

Maintain high standards of safety, organisation, and engagement in practical lessons

Support students in producing coursework, portfolios, and final design projects

Contribute to the wider life of the school through clubs, events, and enterprise initiatives
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
-
QTS and relevant subject qualifications in Design and Technology
-
A creative and proactive teaching approach, with excellent classroom management
-
Experience teaching product design, resistant materials, or graphics
-
An up-to-date knowledge of health and safety protocols in workshop settings
-
A current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to apply for one
