Your Day-to-Day:

• Running end-to-end digital campaigns across paid and organic channels
• Creating and scheduling high-impact content that drives engagement
• Owning community management and building our social audience
• Analysing performance and making data-driven improvements
• Managing Meta Business Suite & TikTok Ads to reach the right people
• Spotting trends and identifying new growth opportunities
• Supporting marketing events and helping our venues shine online

About You:

• 2+ years in a digital or social media role
• Proven experience across PPC, SEO, email & content creation
• A sharp eye for design (Photoshop skills = a big plus)
• Confidence using Hootsuite, Meta Ads, and TikTok Manager
• Creative, self-motivated, and always up-to-date with what's trending
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to monitor and respond on socials beyond 9-5
