As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative talent strategies that respect and celebrate diverse cultures worldwide. You will work closely with our Global Talent Management team to build a cohesive and effective talent management function at Pax8.

This position is based in the EMEA region but involves managing global projects. Initially, you will focus on foundational work, eventually taking on multiple programs with rotating responsibilities. Your core functions will include program management, supporting talent management processes, and acting as a strategic partner for regional needs.

Innovate and Inspire: Develop and implement cutting-edge talent management programs that drive organizational effectiveness and create exceptional employee experiences. Harness the power of Design Thinking and Agile methodologies to craft transformative talent solutions.

Deliver Results: Lead and manage multiple high-impact projects, ensuring they align with our strategic vision and deliver meaningful results. Your ability to drive value-add experiences will be key.

Execute with Excellence: Ensure flawless operational execution of talent management programs with meticulously crafted plans, a keen eye for opportunities and risks, and meaningful stakeholder engagement.

Drive Change, Engage and Communicate: Thoughtfully drive change with empathy, ensuring seamless transitions and widespread adoption of new processes. Develop comprehensive change management plans and facilitate workshops and training sessions.

Leverage AI and Data: Utilize AI and data analytics to make informed talent management decisions, driving strategic initiatives and maximizing process efficiencies.

Partnerships and Global Mindset: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement talent strategies that reflect the diverse needs and experiences of our global workforce.

Pax8 Culture Champion: Act as an ambassador for Pax8's values and culture, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace environment. Lead talent initiatives that enhance employee engagement, recognition, and well-being, ensuring our culture remains vibrant and aligned with our mission and values.
