Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing Lead to support the growth and evolution of Ponda’s brand. This role will be responsible for delivering high-quality marketing content, managing strategic partnerships, and maintaining brand consistency across all channels. It will involve leading internal marketing initiatives, coordinating co-branding campaigns with brand partners, contributing to the development of internal marketing systems and standards. The role also includes hands-on involvement in social media management and content creation.
The ideal candidate will bring strong graphic design capabilities alongside strategic marketing skills, supporting both day-to-day execution and the long-term growth of our marketing function. This is an opportunity to play a key role in maturing Ponda’s marketing department during a pivotal phase of the company’s growth.
You will work closely with leadership, product, and sales teams, ensuring that everything we share externally reflects Ponda’s mission, values, and design-led approach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, evolve, and ensure consistency of the existing brand voice, narrative, and storytelling across all channels.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms.
- Produce content for social media that drives engagement and brand awareness.
- Develop internal marketing assets including pitch decks, product spec sheets, event materials, digital assets, newsletters, and data visualisations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, leadership) to ensure alignment across marketing efforts.
- Lead co-branding strategy development and execution with external partners, ensuring strong brand alignment.
- Manage the creation of co-branded content, campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Respond to and deliver on inbound PR opportunities, collaborating with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to maintain strong brand visibility.
- Track and report on marketing campaign performance, adjusting tactics based on data and KPIs.
- Manage external creators and vendors for content production and promotional assets as needed.
- Ensure brand and marketing materials are organised, accessible, and updated across all internal systems.
- 3–5 years of marketing experience, ideally within high-growth, innovation-driven, or sustainability-focused companies.
- Proven ability to maintain and evolve brand voice across multiple channels.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Ability to create internal marketing materials, including technical documents and visual assets.
- Experience developing and managing social media content calendars.
- Experience leading co-branding initiatives and delivering high-quality partnership assets.
- Ability to respond to inbound PR opportunities with timely and effective brand representation.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience managing external freelancers, agencies, or content production teams.
- Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent).
- Experience working with sustainable brands, textile industries, or product innovation companies.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, CMS platforms, or CRM tools.
