Options Resourcing is working closely with a trusted industry leader to find a capable Snagging Manager to create snagging lists and manage their completion on a high-rise student accommodation in North Bristol for a minimum of 12 months starting in July. The successful Snagging Manager with have demonstrable experience snagging internals ideally on high rise accommodation or student flats.As Snagging Manager, you will be responsible for: Create snagging lists.Managing the correction of snags.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with H&S standardsMaintaining site records and progress reports.Certificates Required:SMSTS1st Aid QualificationCSCS CardThis role is paid inside IR35 so either PAYE or PAYE Umbrella.If you are looking for a new challenge, or long-term work to see you into next summer please call Will on (phone number removed)
