Our team collaborates closely with colleagues across the Product and Coverage areas of the BCB business, driving data-led decisions and providing insights into sophisticated business questions. Key Accountabilities

• Support data requests to enable data-led decisions.

• Interrogate data warehouses using SQL Server and Teradata.

• Collaborate with colleagues across Product and Coverage areas.

• Lead and connect with diverse partners across departments.

• Strong analytical skills - the ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on the data.

• Great attention to detail, who excels under pressure, is well organised and able to work to deadlines.

What You'll Need

• Experience using SQL tools: You'll need to be proficient in SQL for querying and managing data.

• Ability to interpret and handle sophisticated data efficiently: You'll need to produce high-quality information, analysis and research from large volumes of data.

• Experience in an Analytics or MI team: Prior experience in a similar role where you've worked with large datasets and used tools like Power BI and Excel

• Effective communication skills: You'll need to clearly convey complex data insights to various stakeholders and ensure alignment with data security, records management, and governance rules.

And Any Experience Of These Would Be Beneficial

• Proficiency in working with databases: Familiarity with Teradata and SQL Server, including Power BI and SSIS.

• Background in data and coding: A solid foundation in data structures and coding will help you navigate and manipulate complex datasets.

• Experience of Business & Commercial Banking

• Prior usage of JIRA & Confluence
