gap personnel acting as an employment business are currently recruiting a Team Leader for our fast growing manufacturing client, based in Bristol, BS30. As a Team Leader you will be responsible for:

  • Driving production improvements and safety measures.
  • Ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Adhering to our health & safety culture at the site.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment.

The Candidate:

  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • FMCG/Food manufacturing experience.
  • Health & Safety and food safety knowledge.
  • Supervisory or team leading experience.
