The Dispute resolution team advises on a range of matters including commercial contracts disputes, litigation, professional negligence, shareholder actions, insolvency, and health and social care regulatory matters. They are ideally looking for a generalist dispute resolution solicitor however if you specialise in any of these one areas they may also be interested in meeting with you.
