To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an exceptional Area Director to lead a team of high-performing Account Managers across the “Central East” (Midlands, East Anglia, M1 Corridor) in our New Homes Team.

As Area Director, you will lead a team of 4-6 talented Account Managers, driving their growth and performance while ensuring our New Homes partners receive outstanding value and service. Leveraging your expertise in people management and sales, you will inspire your team to exceed their goals and represent the Rightmove brand with confidence and pride. You will also take the lead on the strategic relationship with some of our largest New Homes Partners, where you will be responsible for driving long term sustainable growth.

  • Proven Leadership Experience: You’ve successfully managed and developed high-performing teams, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or digital sales environment. You’re comfortable and experienced in leading through structured frameworks like the GROW model to drive consistent results.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: You’re skilled at analysing data to uncover trends and delivering actionable insights that inform strategy and enhance performance.

  • Strategic Account Development: You have a focus on driving growth with Key & National Accounts, engaging with multiple stakeholders at C Suite & Director level to manage and develop long term partnerships.
