Commis Chef at Cabin Bar, Bristol Airport

Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour + As a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.10 per hour.

You will also receive additional service charge!

Shift Pattern: Full Time/Part Time, scheduled between 2am to 11pm, including weekends.

• Successful candidates will be required to provide references for the last 5 years and undergo a Criminal Record Check in line with Airport Security Regulations.
• Due to some responsibilities within the Commis Chef role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.

As a Commis Chef, You'll

• Help with deliveries.
• Prepare meats and vegetables.
• Assist fellow chefs.
• Assist in stock rotation.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
• Demonstrate effective time management for preparation and food service.
• Understand precise measurements of dish ingredients and portion sizes.
• Execute daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning duties as directed by the Kitchen Manager.
