We're hiring a Goods In Operative to join a busy and well-run warehouse team on a full-time, ongoing basis. If you're organised, proactive, and ready to take the next step in your logistics career, this could be the role for you

Great pay rates:

£13.86 per hour (6am–10pm)

£15.60 per hour (after 10pm)

£24.00 per hour overtime rate (paid for any hours worked over 40 per week)

All rates include holiday pay uplift



Work-life balance:

Monday to Friday, 4pm to midnight shift – keep your weekends free

The role:



As a Goods In Operative, you’ll be responsible for:



Receiving, unloading, and inspecting all incoming deliveries



Accurately checking stock against delivery notes and booking goods onto the system



Organising stock into the correct storage locations



Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth warehouse flow



Reporting damages or discrepancies in stock



Maintaining a clean and safe working area



What we’re looking for:



Previous experience in warehouse operations, with a particular focus on Goods In



A good level of IT literacy for stock booking and basic data entry



Attention to detail and accuracy when checking deliveries



Someone reliable, punctual, and keen to learn



Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks



Ambition to develop and grow into a leadership role
