We are excited to be recruiting again for this UK-leading Defendant Clinical Negligence team, with these new roles just announced here in their Bristol office.

Our client is looking to fill a number of positions and you will have the opportunity to gain fantastic experience handling a challenging but incredibly rewarding caseload of Clinical Negligence work acting for a variety of clients, including :

• work for NHS Resolution,


• various key NHS Trust clients,


• the MDU,


• independent providers,


• and a number of specialist medical malpractice insurers.

This is a chance to turbo-charge your career joining a leading UK/international firm, a market leader in particular in these areas of Insurance, Health and Real Estate. You will ideally :

• already have some experience of Clinical Negligence work,


• and perhaps most importantly you will be an ambitious and conscientious individual who will relish the opportunity to join an award-winning, progressive and highly specialised team.


• Our client is also willing to consider candidates who have a background in Personal Injury, wider Civil Litigation and/or Insurance law if you can demonstrate your genuine interest in moving in to Clinical Risk work.
