Requirements

There a couple of things to consider, after all, this role needs to be right for you!

• Expect to face physical aggression, verbal aggression, absconding, self-harm, and sexualised behaviours. • Our young people like to get out and about therefore a full UK manual driving licence will be essential.


• We are person centred therefore flexibility and adaptability will be key. Expect to be asked to stay away from home and work a varied shift pattern (consisting of day shifts, waking night shifts and days followed by sleep ins)
