Lead and scale three high-performing cross-functional teams

Champion best practices in Object-Oriented Development and Agile execution
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and product teams
Shape technical direction while staying hands-on where needed
Remote-First With Monthly UK Meetups
While we champion remote-first flexibility, we also believe in the power of in-person collaboration. That’s why, once a month you will visit one of our hubs in Bristol, Dorset, or Hampshire for high-energy Product & Engineering meetups—with all travel and accommodation covered.

Who We’re Looking For
8+ years in tech leadership, with at least 3+ years as an Engineering Manager

Proven ability to manage and scale high-performing teams
Energy, drive, and a passion for making a global impact
