The Role

We’re hiring a Product Lead to take ownership of our e-money, cards, and crypto-spending propositions – spanning multi-currency accounts, payments, card programmes, savings features, FX, and crypto payment integrations.

While much of the foundational work on cards has been delivered, the next phase will focus on optimising card-linked features, improving cross-currency and crypto spend capabilities, and positioning cards as a strategic access point for both traditional and digital assets.

This is a highly strategic role focused on building scalable, internationally relevant financial experiences while managing vendor ecosystems and ensuring strong commercial and regulatory alignment.

Product Scope

• 
  Multi-currency accounts: Core infrastructure allowing customers to hold and manage balances in multiple currencies seamlessly

• 
  Payments: Instant peer-to-peer payments, bill-sharing, international transfers, and crypto-fiat payments

• 
  Cards: Ongoing evolution of debit/virtual card products, including crypto-spend features, currency conversion, and in-wallet controls

• 
  Crypto spend: Future-proofing card and payment rails to enable crypto on/off-ramping, spending, and settlement pathways

• 
  Savings: Launching country-specific cash savings products, initially in the UK with WealthKernel and expanding into the EU

• 
  FX: Delivering simple, transparent, competitive foreign exchange experiences across all payment and account flows

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product strategy across multi-currency accounts, payments, card issuing, savings, FX, and crypto spend integrations

• Enhance and optimise Ziglu’s debit and virtual card offerings, driving seamless integration with fiat and crypto balances

• Explore and deliver crypto spend capabilities, including crypto-to-fiat conversion at point-of-sale and related cross-currency payment features

• Lead the vendor strategy: evaluate, negotiate, onboard, and manage best-in-class providers across cards, payments, savings, and crypto infrastructure

• Build and manage a lean, efficient vendor ecosystem internationally, minimising complexity while maximising strategic value

• Ensure global scalability of all products, adapting for UK, Europe, and wider international market requirements

• Work closely with Compliance and Legal to ensure all new and existing offerings are fully aligned with regulatory requirements (FCA, GFSC, PSD2, etc.)

• Track, report, and analyse key performance metrics, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement

• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to ensure products are well-positioned and supported, without directly owning GTM responsibility

• Maintain rigorous documentation and delivery oversight across all product sets

• Represent Ziglu in vendor negotiations, ensuring strong commercial terms and maximising partnership goodwill

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in product management within fintech, payments, banking-as-a-service, or multi-market platforms

• Experience shipping and scaling multi-currency, payments, or card-linked products internationally

• Strong vendor management skills – able to build high-leverage partnerships with minimal internal complexity

• Commercially savvy negotiator with a track record of securing strong vendor terms and service outcomes

• Familiarity with crypto spending solutions, wallet-to-card functionality, or embedded payment platforms is a plus

• Highly structured thinker with strong delivery discipline and bias for action

• Deep appreciation of regulatory standards across the UK, EU, and international markets

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; additional language skills a bonus

• Passionate about financial empowerment, crypto innovation, and building intuitive digital money experiences

Nice to Have

• Experience in multi-currency wallets, cross-border finance, or embedded FX

• Understanding of card issuing, instant payments, or savings APIs (e.g. WealthKernel, Raisin, etc.)

• Experience integrating BaaS providers and scaling international infrastructure

• Additional language skills and/or experience working across culturally diverse markets
