This industry leading retailer, is looking to welcome a store manager to its team based in Bristol. The role will entail leading a team, with a priority on customer service, to exceed customer satisfaction. Providing training and ensuring optimal standards are being met in store, will be also be required.
Coming from a retail background, the ideal candidate will have previous management experience, with a passion for providing excellent service. A proactive approach, with an understanding of how to create positive morale will also be necessary.
