Starting salary £24,000 to £25,000 depending on experience. (Pro-rata)


Rising to £25,000 to £26,000 on successful completion of probation. (Pro-rata)


Potential increase to £28,000 subject to achieving targets for six months.


Progression plans for both Senior Caseworker roles and Management roles.


Job Purpose: Reporting to the Interim CEO, the Caseworker will work closely with clients in developing their charity vision into approval from the relevant Charity Body e.g., Charity Commission, OSCR.

Main Duties


• Monitoring of the Charity Application inbox, categorising emails for the relevant contact and actioning as appropriate


• Speaking with clients who wish to register a charity, community interest company and or any other application process applicable to the third sector .and bringing their vision to life in completing their application.


• Assisting with converting enquiries to clients including charity applications and or community interest company applications.


• Providing recommendations for the policies and additional documents that may be required to submit an application.


• Managing process internally and externally to take clients from their vision to a registered charity, community interest company and or any other application process applicable to the third sector. Providing a one-stop-shop for clients by representing Third Sector Experts from point of sale, through the completion of their initial project to a supported and monitored on-going relationship.


• Prioritising and managing their own workload to ensure delivery of the performance indicators set within their annual and quarterly targets. These will include applications per month, deadlines achieved, growth of client base (enquiry calls and follow up process).


• Proactively escalating risks and issues in a timely manner, using the company systems and processes to ensure visibility of all on-going projects and tasks.


• Representing the company and handling incoming calls as demand requires.
