A leading UK fashion retailer is looking for a passionate Business Intelligence Developer to help transform how the business uses data. With a motivated workforce, strong tech partnerships, and tools already in place, this is your chance to shape the data culture across a well-established brand.

What's the opportunity?

Working closely with the BI Manager, you will support the rollout and adoption of Power BI across the business. Power BI was recently implemented, and the business is in the process of moving away from older tools like Business Objects and Excel. With a strong foundation now in place, the focus is on embedding Power BI into everyday decision-making.

You'll join a growing BI function within a 14-person analytics team, working closely with a highly experienced BI Manager and colleagues in customer and marketing analytics. Expect to collaborate with data engineers, work cross-functionally across the business, and have access to modern tools like Databricks, Power BI, and Azure-based platforms.

What you'll be doing:

• Partnering with stakeholders across departments to understand business questions and data needs


• Designing, building, and deploying dashboards and reports, mainly using Power BI


• Turning complex data into digestible stories that drive decision-making


• Driving data enablement and encouraging a culture of self-serve analytics


• Supporting a wider data strategy that includes over 30 briefs already in motion


• Testing and improving existing data catalogues and solutions


• Collaborating with Data Engineers and analysts to ensure accuracy and value in every insight

What you bring to the table:

• 2+ years' experience in BI development or analytics


• Strong skills in Power BI, SQL, and DAX


• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• A proactive mindset: you're someone who doesn't just build dashboards, but drives understanding
