Are you passionate about sustainability and events? Do you want to directly impact sustainability leaders in business by co-creating and delivering one of the largest UK sustainability events?


Due to exciting company growth, Faversham House have an opening for an ambitious and creative conference producer to join the award-winning edie team, delivering their largest sustainability event ‘edie 26’.


This is a role with plenty of variety and responsibility which includes project managing the research, speaker management and on-the-day delivery. It will require excellent organisational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders.



  • Full time: 35 hours Monday to Friday

  • Office: East Grinstead – walking distance to the station, onsite parking

Person specification


Our ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainability, an undergraduate degree and previous experience in a similar role. We are looking for a quick learner who is enthusiastic about improving their skills and able to take control of their own workload.


Ideally, they will have:



  • Enthusiasm, passion and confidence

  • Strong research, analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to establish and build relationships with high-profile business executives

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and process information quickly and effectively

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
