What You’ll Be Doing:

As Account Director, you’ll hold a pivotal leadership role overseeing a major PFI contract, playing a key part in streamlining operations, enhancing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring commercial success.

• Take full P&L responsibility across a high-value portfolio of FM contracts


• Lead and develop the strategic direction of services in line with client expectations


• Strengthen stakeholder relationships across a complex consortium, including NHS clients


• Defend and substantiate claims, working closely with legal teams on contract negotiations


• Drive operational efficiency, risk management, and long-term profitability


• Inspire cross-functional teams to deliver excellence in a highly regulated environment


• Support business development initiatives and future growth opportunities

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven leadership experience in FM or outsourced services, ideally within PFI and healthcare environments


• Strong commercial and financial acumen—comfortable managing multi-million-pound budgets


• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and diplomacy


• A collaborative, inspirational leadership style—able to engage and develop diverse teams


• Experience leading within matrixed organisations and delivering against strategic goals
