Day to day as Sales Manager you will be :

• Overseeing and managing a team of upto 8 new businesses field sales executives covering the Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon and surroundingterritory
• Dealing with KPIs and strategies to bring the best out of the team as well as recruitment and day to day reactive management whilst adhering to Waste Management legislation and Health & Safety regulations.
• Constantly monitor and oversee entry into new market sectors and develop new business opportunities
• Working closely with the Group Head of Sales and Marketing to provide data and feedback on the performance of the region, market analysis and team performance KPIs etc

In return you can expect an attractive salary of upto £50,000 p.a. plus monthly and quarterly bonusand company car
