Site Manager - #1671245

Site Manager required for a new build and refurbishment project in the Bristol area. The Site Manager will be overseeing new build shell and core, groundworks and cat a fit out. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks through steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. Site Manager will ideally have worked on high end or profile projects dealing with high end clients and high spec finishing's. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork.
