You'll Make An Impact By
- Delivering engaging and innovative audit training courses in both classroom and digital formats.
- Designing and developing training content that aligns with RSM’s audit strategy and regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across audit teams to ensure training meets professional and technical requirements.
- Coordinating blended learning programmes that incorporate both in-person and online elements.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit training initiatives, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful.

- ACA, ICAS, or equivalent qualification with experience in external audit.
- A confident communicator with the ability to engage and inspire audiences. Strong ability to explain complex audit and accounting concepts in a clear and engaging way.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage workload independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Passion for coaching and development, with a proactive approach to supporting learners.
