A financial services retirement specialist who has experienced impressive growth and continues to do so, in fact they and are recognised as one of the UK’s fastest growing companies by the London Stock Exchange. Part of the group offers financial wellbeing advice to public sector employees and these public sector clients needs efficient relationship management which paves the way for this role.

The Role

This Account Exec role does not involve cold calling and no hard sales. Whilst the position is target driven, it is all about the relationship and soft skills with existing clients

The role is to maintain and develop a portfolio of existing public sector clients, manage the relationship, and organise the deliver agreed client seminars against targets. The account will need to be managed to agreed service levels to develop long term client satisfaction and engagement and this will involve producing and monitoring data to measure against KPI’s. The Candidate

  • A passionate and personable candidate that wants to grow in a relationship/sales role
  • customer services and sales experience Whilst the position is target driven, it is all about the relationship and soft sales
  • Previous account management experience
  • highly effective communication - excellent telephone and personal interaction skills
  • able to work independently, and use their initiative with minimal supervision
  • Ability to confidently analyse data, making effective decisions to help drive business growth
  • A degree in Business and Events Management would be an advantage
