Part of the group offers financial wellbeing advice to public sector employees and these public sector clients needs efficient relationship management which paves the way for this role.
The role will be developing, and supporting the Corporate Account Executives in effectively managing existing and new corporate client relationships by implementing the delivery of financial education and guidance to our corporate clients. The successful candidate will provide operational, personal and developmental support to the Team Manager and Corporate Account Executive team, through the use of best practice techniques to ensure the effective delivery of our services.
- Needs to have expereience within a Senior/Supervisor/Team Leader role and have proven experience in training and coaching staff.
- A customer service background is essential, coupled with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to motivate others with a focus on delivering results Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Highly organised and comfortable making decisions on own analysis of operational requirements
