Main Duties-

• Promoting a welcoming environment.


• Gain a full product knowledge of hotel services/facilities, all menu items and their service, in order to maximize guest satisfaction and sales opportunities with each guest contact.


• Deal with all guest requests and concerns to meet guest satisfaction


• Maintain hygiene, safety and fire standards with the work area.


• To be flexible to work in all areas including executive lounge, bar, restaurant and room service

What do you need to apply?

You do not have to have any specific qualifications in order to apply, but desirable if you have experience within hospitality. We look for enthusiasm, ability to adapt, well presented, excellent attitude to work and flexibility to work all shift patterns.
