LINKS Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well-established and growing national company who are industry leaders within their field – this company are seeking a new Customer Service Sales Coordinator to join their expanding team.
In this role, you will be office based, responsible for ensuring the overall quality and on-time delivery of national orders while increasing client satisfaction through phone and email. The Customer Service Coordinator will be expected to provide a high level of service with a portfolio of established Clients. Within this role, you will be in charge all the measures to provide Clients with a seamless ordering process from invoice to delivery.
Your duties will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service and dealing with all types of queries with a problem-solving attitude.
- Supporting the telesales team with incoming calls, emails and enquiries.
- Tracking the distribution process and updating customers along the journey.
- Preparing quotes for customer enquiries
- Answering customer queries by phone and email
- Participate in ongoing training sessions on company protocols for national order management and client services.
- Responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of each Client's order.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed timely and accurately
- Calling customer list to up-sale products where possible when quiet
- Serve as client advocate and collaborate internally and externally as needed to ensure client needs are understood and expectations are met.
The Person:
- Background within a customer service role/account management or similar
- Experience within a manufacturing/distribution settings (desirable)
- Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Be highly organised with the ability to work to deadlines.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Keen to learn and undergo training
Role: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 + Profit Share Bonuses
Hours: 8:30am-5pm - office based
