- Franchising and Licensing
- Intellectual Property (IP) Assignment, Exploitation, Partnering, and Licensing
- IT and Software Contracts
- Leasing and Rental
- New Technologies and AI
- Outsourcing
- Public Procurement
- Sales, Agency, and Distribution Agreements
- Terms and Conditions of Trading
- General Supply Agreements and Procurement Contracts

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with significant corporate and commercial experience at partner level.
