The Area Sales Manager - Cedral Slates will be critical in identifying new business opportunities for our Cedral Slates product line, as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role is responsible for direct sales success of our roofing products and accessories and promotion in the market place of new products launches.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Drive network growth of key decision makers and specifiers including architects, local authorities, housing associations, housebuilders, distributors, stockists and roofing contractors.
  • Drive results by planning and carrying out proactive activities to maintain and develop profitable sales
  • Accurate and efficient opportunity management and development recording using the company CRM system
  • Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and other functions
  • Collaboration with partner colleagues within the Etex business and regular liaison with other company departments including customers services, technical and marketing

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience within the construction industry in a field based role
  • A proven history of personal sales account growth whilst contributing to overall team success is essential
  • A track record of efficient and profitable account management
  • Confident interpersonal and presentation skills 
  • Proficient use of Microsoft packages and CRM systems
