Opus People Solutions are seeking a Support Worker in Bristol.

We're looking for individuals with experience in the care sector who are caring, compassionate, and dedicated to making a difference. You must hold a full UK driving license as the role does require driving.
Not only will you be making a meaningful difference, you will be joining a wonderful, supportive company! After your probation period, they will fully fund your Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care, you'll receive a joining bonus AND you won't be doing any sleep-ins, or nights. You'll work days only and alternative weekends - hello work/life balance!
Day-to-day, You Will

Day-to-day, You Will
- Support young people in all aspects of their supported living, including personal care.
- Engage and encourage participation in various learning, development, and social activities such as arts and crafts, cooking, music, gardening, swimming, shopping trips, and social events.
- Receive paid training with opportunities for career development, alongside a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
- Work one-on-one with residents, planning daily activities based on their preferences, promoting independence, and helping them create positive memories and experiences.
