Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Experience as an administrator or performing administrative duties
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Able to multitask
- Experience creating action plans, agendas, minute taking and travel and accommodation booking
Ideally applicants should also have:
- Nuclear or engineering industry experience
Role information:
- Handle and resolve customer queries
- Draft correspondence to support task progression
- Process expenses, arrange travel, organise meetings
- Ensure databases are updated accordingly
- Develop and maintain effective filing and retrieval systems
- Take minutes and prepare agendas where required
- Undertake additional administrative duties when required
